Our Purpose

Bemo Collective is a design-led hardware studio operating at the intersection of additive manufacturing, precision engineering, and functional aesthetics. Every object we produce is a deliberate statement: form follows function, and function is never an afterthought.

Based in Rotterdam, we build for the world. Our fabrication protocols are tuned for repeatable quality at any scale — from single-unit commissions to batch production runs.

Our brands each target a specific domain. StudioVelo3D focuses on cycling hardware — mounts, organizers, and performance components — while future sectors will expand into architecture, structural fabrication, and beyond.

Each brand operates under the Bemo Collective umbrella but maintains its own identity, aesthetic direction, and engineering standards.

We work with carbon fiber infused PETG, maintaining 0.1mm fabrication tolerance across all production runs. Our infill structures are engineered per-product, balancing weight, strength, and material cost.

This isn't desktop prototyping. This is production-grade additive manufacturing with industrial process control.
